FIA FORMULA E – How to apply for media accreditation

The following serves a purpose to explainthe FIA Formula E Championship mediaaccreditation procedure for all race events.The only way to apply for mediaaccreditation is through the official FIAFormula E online system. Please see belowhow the system works from start to finish.

To apply for media accreditation you needto visit the official FIA website:http://www.fia.com/media-centre

PLEASE NOTE: Under no circumstanceswill any member of the media bepermitted inside a Formula E race eventwithout the necessary approved mediaaccreditation.

To apply for mediaaccreditation you need toclick ‘ONLINE APPLICATION’.

FIA FORMULA E – How to apply for media accreditation

First-time applicants (publications/agencies/TV andbroadcast media) must register before any applicationfor accreditation can be submitted.

Please note that any media already registered ontothe FIA system for another championship must stillcomplete the registration form.

Applicants may be asked for a number of documentswhich need to be supplied by email, or in their originalform via post if necessary.

Following approval by the FIA/Formula E, the applicantwill receive an email which will give access to theonline accreditation system.

Please note that the FIA/Formula E reserves theright to refuse access to the online accreditationsystem.

Create an account with Username and Password

Click submit to complete

After approval the onlineaccreditation system can beaccessed via the FIA websiteusing your chosen username andpassword.

When you login the home screenwill show the calendar for the2014/2015 FIA Formula EChampionship other key datesincluding the deadline forapplying for individual raceevents.

To add a new representative foryour publication click on the tab‘Application Forms’ and ‘Add anew representative’.

To add a new representativeyou will need to fill out aform including job role,identification, and a JPEGpassport photo.

Once the representative hasbeen approved you mayapply for an event.

To apply for an event click onthe tab ‘Application Form’and ‘Apply for and event’.
