WHEN SHOULD WE LAUNCH THE FUNDRAISER?Start as early as possible for maximum selling potential. A
successful fundraiser usually needs to run for at least 2-3
weeks. Deliveries are scheduled between mid-November
and mid-December. Please book your delivery date as early
as possible as popular dates fill up quickly!
WHAT RESOURCES ARE AVAILABLE?
We have a variety of information sheets available to you.
We have a Timeline which is great for planning out your
fundraiser. A Goal Planner to keep you and your group on
track to reach the goal that you have set. As well as
dedicated team of coaches that are just a phone call or
email away.
WHAT ARE THE TEAM WEBSITES?We will setup a FREE fundraising website for your group!This is a great portal for marketing and collecting onlinesales, and managing your fundraiser. Use it to keep trackof orders, payments and notifications. Your team’s finalorder is submitted online here.
DO I NEED A TEAM GOAL?Definitely. Setting goals, making plans to achieve them, and
tracking progress is crucial to your fundraisers success. Having
your team involved in goal setting and breaking it down into
individual goals will help get your team members sell with
purpose.
WHAT ARE MY FIRST STEPS?Once you are registered you will need to start planning your
campaign. Start by picking a delivery date and a length of
time that you would like to generate sales. Assemble your
team, hand out forms and start selling.
HOW DO I SIGN UP?You can register by phone, email, Facebook, or online at
www.growingsmilesfundraising.com. One of our fundraising
representatives will confirm your information within 24 hrs
and get you started. It’s that easy!

We will email you an order confirmation within 48 hours ofreceiving your order. The order confirmation breaks downwhat will be shipped and the exact amount to make a chequeout for. Let us know ASAP if there are any discrepancies. Anactual invoice will be dropped off with your delivery.
WHEN DO I GET MY INVOICE?ARE THERE MINIMUMS?There are no minimums required to order plants, however
all of the 6.5” poinsettias need to be ordered in multiples
of 6 by colour for two reasons: 1. They are shipped 6 to
a box to protect them against the cold and 2. The colours
often come from different locations in the greenhouse.
All other items may be ordered individually.
HOW DO WE PLACE OUR ORDER?Your final order will be placed online through yourteam’s fundraising website. Login as an admin and select“Place Team Order”. This form will walk you through allthe steps!
WHEN ARE MY ORDERS DUE?
Your order is due at least 10 Days prior to your
scheduled delivery date. Orders that are submitted
late may not be shipped on time for your scheduled
date.
HOW DO MY CUSTOMERS PAY?
Directly to you or your group. You decide what payment
methods you want to accept. Cheques that you collect
during the fundraiser should be made out to your school
or organization.
HOW DO MY CUSTOMERS PLACE ORDERS?We offer both paper order forms and online sales. Yourcustomers can order directly with your sellers or online throughyour team’s website.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUALITY CONCERNS?Please check your plants before the driver is paid and leaves,if there are any quality concerns call our office right away!One of our representatives will help resolve the problem.The best help can be provided within 48hours of delivery.
Payment will be required at the time of delivery. Please paythe exact amount owing as shown on your order confirmation.Cheques or money orders should be made payable to“Growing Smiles Fundraising”. Unfortunately we are unableto accept Third party cheques, cash or credit card paymentsat this time.
WHEN DO I PAY?HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PLANTS?It is very important to keep your plants away from opendrafts and cold areas. Use shopping bags to transport thepoinsettias to the car or house on cold days. When thesoild feels dry to the touch water it but don’t over waterthem! The pot covers should be emptied about an hourlater to avoid them sitting in water.
IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?There is no delivery fee for orders that are above the
minimum order value. There is a small charge for all
orders that are under the minimum requirement. The
charge varies by location (usually $35 - $55). Please check
your pricing sheet for exact amounts.
WHAT DO I EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY?Plants are delivered to the address specified by you. We strongly
advise that you have orders arrive the day before customers
pick them up. Double check the plant count before the driver
leaves to ensure that nothing is missing or damaged. If your
order is not complete please call our office right away and we
will get your order taken care of.
