Effective with the date of this letter, Robert Montalvo, will be assuming this position for all activities involving portable nuclear gauges as granted by this license.

Mr. Montalvo was the Quality Assurance Manager and Project Engineer for this dam upgrade. His responsibilities included the following:
• Setting up and monitoring Quality Assurance systems for all of the construction work processes. These included: fabrication, installation and commissioning of steel radial gates, hydraulic cylinders, controls, instrumentation, placement & testing of clayfill, rockfill, rip rap, pavements, conventional concrete, anchors, etc.
• Creating reports, summaries, and Project Assessments
• Preparation of Client presentations, KPI assessment, internal and external audit preparation
• Management of Spillway construction activities, including coordination of mechanical and civil crews and subcontractors, cost reporting, and procurement
• Responsible for project completion activities, including: civil works and the final Quality Assurance hand-over document to the Client

Mr. Montalvo was the Project Engineer for the Construction on the $200 Million Burnett River Dam near Bundaberg, OLD. The dam, which is Australia's largest RCC dam, was completed in November 2005. Mr. Montalvo's responsibilities included the following:

• Troubleshooting, training of RCC personnel, and liaison with the Carpi membrane personnel
• Laboratory testing and management of the test result output documentation for Client purposes
