We decided to create a Beanstalk in our classroom for Jack!! Some of us wanted to make the

Beanstalk.

Jack and the Beanstalk We made the leaves using different types of green paper.

We enjoyed making jack using different collage materials.

We wrote about what part of the story we liked best!

And we used the giants castle to learn about 2D shape and our colours.

Separated the Giant and Jack’s things into biggest and smallest!

…and then we organised ourselves into the smallest and tallest in the class. Erinmay was the tallest and Taylor was the smallest.

We used the Giants money bags and gold coins to learn our number stories.

We tried to find our own Gingerbread house!

We went for a walk around the local area. Here is a Bungalow.

Little Red Riding Hood

We made our own puppets of Little Red Riding Hood and the wolf

and then we put on a puppet show for everyone in our class, it was great!

We put food in the shopping trolley for Granny’s basket and then wrote a shopping list.
