We love doing Twitter giveaways. We greatly appreciate the new people we get to know as a resultand the feedback we receive. We heard from some of you following recent giveaways and would liketo share our own thoughts about fair participation.

We expect the best from ourselves and always try to see the best in everyone else, too. This is whywe’ve kept giveaways on Twitter loose and relaxed with very few rules or limitations. Our goal is to makeparticipation easy and fun for everyone. Seeing the best in people, we know that most participantsunderstand the line between “playing fairly” and “cheating” and will make the right decision about howthey participate in giveaways. It’s an unfortunate truth that at times there may be a few people who aimfor an unfair advantage. When these unfair practices occur, they take away from our excitement, timeand ability for doing future giveaways.

What we ask everyone to understand is that we work where we can to discourage unfair entries into ourgiveaways. What we ask of the very small percentage of people that take advantage, please know thoseactivities are not going unnoticed by fellow members of the Twitter community who bring these issues toour attention. Ultimately, those entering contests unfairly impact everyone and some companies, as a result,have stopped doing giveaways altogether.

We believe in the Twitter community to “play fairly,” and to make the right decisions when entering ourgiveaways. Also, we will hold individuals accountable when needed. Here at Your Best Face Skincare, weenjoy doing giveaways and want to continue doing them. In order to continue, we will do all we can tokeep them enjoyable and fair, and we ask that all participants do the same. Our tools to maintain fairnessare expanding as well as the methods we use so that we can continue to make giveaways the most enjoyable and fair experience possible.
