Important If you hit Save and write over input field Your most recent information will be saved and the old will be discarded. When entering multiple items always save and add another

Click the pencil icon to edit

Adding Syllabi and Course Evaluations• Once you are in the chosen course

click the Add button and a pop up box will appear.

• Attachment Type will give you the option of an attachment or URL

• If URL is selected a box to input a link will appear. If selecting an attachment it ill give you the option to choose a file to upload

• Type options include Syllabi, Course Evaluations, Peer Evaluations and Other

• Once you have uploaded click the Upload button

Narrative StatementsThis is a new section that will enable you to include your narrative statements on Teaching,

Research and Scholarship and Service as well as including additional reflections and goals for the upcoming year.

Field Input GuideTeaching- This is where your course information will be uploaded on your behalf. There is also a field to upload your student and peer evaluations via URL or attachment.

Advising- Include the number of students you have advised. Put 0 if the field does not apply to you. This field includes an optional attachment section if you would like to upload any documents pertaining to advising.

Student Supervision- Include any additional student supervision such as dissertation/thesis committee work and internships. This field includes an optional attachment section if you would like to upload any documents pertaining to student supervision as well as a description text box which will enable you to include any desired insights or details.

Scholarly Contributions and Creative Productions- Use this section to input any publications, presentations, patents or performances, includes the stage or progress a current work is in. For recordings and podcasts use “other.” This field includes an optional attachment section or URL link box if you would like to upload any documents or links pertaining to student supervision, a citation generator as well as a description text box which will enable you to include any desired insights or details.

Grants- All Grant activity at any stage. Include optional URL link or document attachment.

Institutional Committees- Committee work at the University at department, Unit or University level. Includes optional attachment section if you would like to include any committee documentation such as published reports or policy changes.

Field Input Guide Continued…Other Institutional Services- Service work such as recruiting activities, student club advisor, retreat or redesign work in the CTL. Includes optional attachment section if you would like to include any relevant documentation.

Community Service- Community work outside of the University ex: Habitat for Humanity. Includes optional attachment section if you would like to include any relevant documentation

Professional Service- Professional Work in your discipline outside of the University including Editorial services. Includes optional attachment section if you would like to include any relevant documentation.

Honors/Awards- Both external and internal Awards and Honors.

Membership- Include any professional, individual or academic memberships such as Phi Beta Kappa, NAACP, American Management Association. Includes optional attachment section if you would like to include any relevant documentation.

Professional Development- Activities such as Seminars, Conferences, Courses, Trainings, Etc. where you participated solely as a learner. Includes optional attachment section if you would like to include any relevant documentation.

Consulting- Any professional consulting you provided outside of the University. Includes optional attachment section if you would like to include any relevant documentation as well as a description text box which will enable you to include any desired insights or details.
