South Forbes: Bali MansionsBali Mansions is the second residential project overall and the first project under South Forbes "Asian Mansions" concept. It is named after the famous island of Bali in Indonesia.Four homes and the Main Clubhouse were done in an "Asian Modern" style by SC & A. These were named Coralia, Lovina, Nusa Dua, and Candidasa, after famous beach towns in Bali. Interiors were again done by the Almario sisters. Coralia was more traditional Balinese in design, Lovina more minimalist, and Nusa Dua, the biggest, was done in an East meets West theme.
Starting with Bali Mansions, all projects on the right side of South Forbes Boulevard feature utilities all built underground (i.e. no electrical wires and posts overhead). The Bali Mansions gross floor area ranges from 265 to 345 sq. m.

The black tiles offer a modern take on the pool’s decorative effect, and depending on the sunlight, these give varying reflections from dark green to midnight blue – for a more sophisticated feel. South Forbes: Phuket Mansions
Phuket Mansions is the newest resort residential project of South Forbes Golf City in Metro Sta. Rosa, Philippines. As more and Filipinos travel abroad for leisure, work, or migration, they will inevitably discover and be more appreciative of the architecture and design traditions of other nations. One such nation is our neighbor, Thailand. Over the centuries, the Thais have emphasized the natural beauty of the environment in their architecture, the building of structures beside water, and the feeling of openness and spaciousness.
The Main Clubhouse of Phuket Mansions is the first structure that you will see when you enter the main gate. The clubhouse will show the beauty of Thai architecture here in the country. High ceilings, a modern interpretation of the Thai pitched roof but without the ornamentation, and a white concrete door usher guests into this distinctly tropical experience. Tall anahaw trees, flanked by colorful bougainvilleas will direct residents and guests towards the clubhouse and create a stirring vista. The roof is mainly made of wood for a natural feel. So are the big columns that support the roof and the ceilings. So are function rooms on both sides, but this time made of bamboo. The windows of both
function rooms are of pure glass. These create a strong sense of openness — the exteriors and interiors merge and are indistinguishable from one another, with the bamboo just giving some concealment. The black and dark gray stones for the entire flooring also create a similar effect: it feels like the clubhouse is just one giant natural structure from the driveway to the infinity-edge pool on the other end. The view from here is a river and its untouched, virgin forest, both of which complement the Eden-like setting of the landscaped gardens of the clubhouse. These views will be much appreciated once one traverses the second white door and descends the black stone steps leading to the infinity-edge pool. The pool also features the same black river stones to complete the singular effect. At the Phuket Mansions Clubhouse, there are no boundaries. This Asian gem blends well with its natural environment.

Golf View Terraces has three fan-shaped wings to maximize the view of this world-class golf course, according to Arch. Liza Caguiñgin of SC&A. Inspired by modern Asian architecture, the building features large windows, light colored walls, and steel and aluminum railings and trellises.
Residents and guests drive to Golf View Terraces via a well-appointed porte cochere and then enter through a high-ceiling lobby with modern furnishings and finishing materials. Loft units are available at the ground and second floor -- the penthouse floors. Standard one-level units, meanwhile, are on offer at the three lower floors, two of which give direct views of the perfectly manicured fairways of the 10th green. All units feature balconies to provide shade, without obstructing the views.
