The ADSP-2191 EZ-KIT LiteT M p rovides developers with a cost-eff e c t i v emethod for initial evaluation of the ADSP-219x DSP family. The EZ-KITLite includes an ADSP-2191 DSP desktop evaluation board and funda-mental debugging software to facilitate arc h i t e c t u re evaluations via aPC-hosted tool set. With this EZ-KIT Lite, users can learn more aboutA D I ’s ADSP-2191 hard w a re and software development and pro t o t y p eapplications. The ADSP-2191 EZ-KIT Lite provides an evaluation suiteof the VisualDSP++ development environment with the C/C++ compiler,a s s e m b l e r, and linker. All software tools are limited to use with the EZ-KIT Lite.

You can also connect a JTAG emulator to the EZ-KIT Lite. Through thee m u l a t o r, you can load programs, start and stop program execution,o b s e rve and alter registers and memory, and perf o rm other debuggingoperations. JTAG emulators are available from Analog Devices.
