WORKS ?No instruction can beat personal experience!
VALUE
is experiential learning. It relies on participants touching, seeing, toiling, enjoying and experiencing situations for real and from these the trainers assist them to draw deep learnings. These learnings come out from the subconscious and are applied on the field – as reflex action.
HOW ?
The programme is conducted in camps of 3 to 5 days duration and followed up in the play environment in co-ordination with team managers
Away from pulls of daily life, the programme puts the participants through physical activity, discipline and observation training such as Leave-No-Trace trekking and camping.
Both instructional and interactive methods are employed by the trainers to cover the awareness modules.
Once participants are settled in, task intensity is stepped up and monitoring / feedback by trainers commence on skill application by participants.
Concurrent activities may be conducted both by day or night, under overarching themes such as, land navigation, group tasks, overcoming anxiety etc
Safety and training value are high priority! At every stage the trainers take care that the participants are safe, comfortable, enjoying the training, while keeping a close eye on the overall aims of the programme.

Mohan has coached and trained hundreds of leaders in a wide variety of environments. His global experience in coaching ‘executive leadership’, along with their respective teams, brings unique value and perspective to each training event. Having been a swimmer, rower and an athlete during his school days, he understands the emotional and motivational needs of sportsmen.
Mohan utilizes a variety of training techniques. He is a big believer in ‘experiential learning’. You will find his time with you goes way beyond cognitive learning. Enthusiasm, participation and motivation are all part of his unique training culture.Highly energetic and motivational, his sense of humour brings both comfort and power to training events. He is at ease with national and international audiences of any size. Mohan presently works as a free-lance trainer. He has been training in both corporate and N.G.O. environments for over 25 years. He is a certified First-Aider is certified from Rashtriya Life Saving Society.
His training and coaching will guide you to practical and sustainable relational success. His experience in the global business community gives powerful insights to business leadership in established companies as well as start up ventures.It is this international experience that gives Mohan his unique communication ability. Mohan is all about equipping your corporation for the unparalleled productivity that comes only through ‘relational leadership’ which sets appart the curriculum.
Mohan is happily married to his wife, Janice, also a trainer, They are based in Bangalore.

Indrajit PakrasiEmail:indrajit_pakrasi@lycos.comRetired Naval Officer, Mentor to leaders, 22 years of building teams that deliver.
Coming from a military background Indrajit has grown-up in the outdoors and soaked up the nuances of the varied cultures of India. An alumnus of the National Defence Academy, he was commissioned into the Indian Navy on January 1993. He has a long varied operational experience both at sea as well as ashore, which include assuming responsibility in Command of two ships, one of them a Cadet training ship of Navy's No1 Training Squadron. He has served on many Indian Naval and Coast Guard ships ranging from Landing Craft, Patrol Vessels, Corvettes, Destroyers to the Aircraft Carrier.
His experience in building teams of people of various skill level and expertise, from scratch and delivering results is vast and varied. Indrajit brings to the curriculum 22 years of experience in making task oriented effective groups. An energetic and jovial people’s person, his focus area is the use of the environment and outdoor terrain to bring about situations for developing personal excellence to be realised and cohesive teams to materialise. All this is done using military trainig techniques and methods. He is a certified First Aider.
This expertise comes from his career in the Navy which spans - military operations, humanitarian disaster relief (post tsunami) and community development, operational planning with foreign forces, diplomatic goodwill assignments (UAE, Indian-subcontinent, East and South East Asia), as well as of multi-crore projects implementation pan-India for Defence-Corporate partnerships through combined teams of companies such as Tata Communications, EADS Astrium, Rafael (Israel) to name a few.
He plays team sports, along with national level rowing and sailing regattas and understands the advantage of cross training in sports and life.
Indrajit and his wife Rukshana are based in Mumbai, he will go any distance to develop your team.
This programme is suitable for players from juniors to professionals.Participation of one or more team managers is beneficial and is recommended.The exact aims and duration of outdoor training may be firmed through client expectations discussions.Activities are made very Safe, Interesting & Interactive. Camp discipline is maintained for participants’ safety and security. In common interest, participant co-operation to trainers is expected. Alcohol or other intoxicants are not allowed during the entire outdoor programme.The lead trainers are certified in first aid.Clearance to attend the training from a medical practitioner is required. Participants with any particular restricting medical conditions must declare the same to enable arranging prescribed precautions if needed
