• Just like LC, expansion will have a year plan, assisted by LCVP Expansion
• The plan is reviewed by MCVP Expansion and LCVP related. For OE, it’s reviewed by Expansion Coach & MC related
• LCVP Expansion must understand their focus. Do not try to focus on all 4 programs; just focus on 2
• Ensure that the plan is optimist yet realistic; and make sure they will be able to achieve the target and stick with timeline

• After the target is being reviewed, break down into specific activity for each program.
• Projectized the structure; for example: team for summer, for off-peak, for OC Project A, team for adhoc—not only will this be easy to track down but it also boosts up the talent capacity.
• One of the main problem in expansion is they don’t understand how to have synergy—this has to be delivered very clearly. Start from the front office, then from the breakdown activity points out which activity is responsible for what.

Define: which one is MC/LC Sister responsibility
• Based on their activity, you can see in what terms or what side, and most importantly when exactly they need support.
• Support can come from two side: LC Sister & MC. Define which one that will be provided by MC, and which one is the responsible from the LC Sister. (Most strategy, direction or focus delivered by MC, so LC Sister is to focus on technical part).

• As LCVP Expansion, make sure you have coaching timeline of when you and your LCVP related (LC Sister) give coaching to your expansion, in the right time. Coach ER about how to raise or make partnership around 2 weeks before the timeline; coach about raising in the promotion time; etc.

• Tracking is the most important and crucial part for handling expansion. LCVP Expansion has to really ensure that they write down the things their expansions focusing on, and track down by minimum weekly to ensure that they follow timeline, and the alignment with national.

• As LCVP Expansion, you’re not only required to help them to fulfill their criteria of how to go to next stage, but also to make sure how they can be a mature entity, especially in terms of operation. Hence, you must learn and understand about how to run and track their exchange operation as well.
• Monthly evaluation & quarterly visit are required. Not talking about performance evaluation, you have to evaluate their experience and empower them.
• As LCVP Expansion, expansion is not only your responsible but the whole LC Sister. Track your LCVP as how your LCP track them, ensure that they track and educate their expansion as well as their subordinates. Your expansions’ achievement is their LC Sister’s too.
