PERFORATED DIFFUSERS
OPTIMA ceiling diffuser with perforated face, arerecommended for heating, ventilating and cooling incentralized air conditioning systems.
Perforated face diffusers, with 4-3-2 or 1 way patterndeflectors are adjustable for horizontal diffusion of airin their respective ways without change in air volume,pressure or sound level. 100% utilization of diffuserface area, regardless of pattern deflection, givesoptimum performance in terms of air handling characteristics.
These diffusers have high diffusion induction rates,resulting in rapid temperature and velocity equalization of the mixed air mass, well above the zone of occupancy.
Features:
Efficient, draftless air distribution for all types ofceilings.
Air pattern controllers do not damper the air in anyway. Flow rate and sound level remain constantregardless of air pattern required.
Air pattern controllers can be replaced to any desired pattern.
Perforated surface plate completely conceals pattern controllers.
Always available in powder coated finish in any color to match with the false ceiling grid.
For supply diffusers, perforated face is dropped slightly below the ceiling.
Concealed fixing and easily removable perforated face, give easy access to air pattern deflectors and controldamper.
Suitable for installation into tiled ceilings.
Spigot air inlets are available in a variety of sizes, suitable for flexible duct connections.

OPTIMA exhaust valves blendreadily with contemporary roomdesigns and snapped into theconcealed T-bars. The TEV typespresent a surface flush with thesurrounding ceiling tiles. Becauseof the internal contours of theannular slot, formed by the outercone and the central disc, theexhaust air pattern is uniformlycircular. There is a strong‘coanda’ effect for excellent vari-able air volume performance.
Features:
The internal contours of the annular slot formed by the outer cone and the central disc, gives a circularuniform exhaust in pattern.
A mounting ring made of galvanized sheet steel is supplied for quick and easy concealed installation frombelow the ceiling line.
The outer body is fitted with a foam gasket to form an air-tight seal with the mounting ring.
Always available with powder coated color finish to match with the false ceiling grid or tile.

TRANSFER GRILLES OptimaAIR DIFFUSION PRODUCTS
Constructed out of extruded aluminum sections, comprising a front section with inverted ‘V’ horizontalblades, borders countersunk for screw fixing.
The grilles are made to withstand the heavy use, to which door grilles are subjected.
Any combination of the listed sizes can be supplied.

Available in natural anodized, and bronze anodized aluminum finish.
Other colors are optional in powder coated finish.
OPTIMA transfer grilles or door grilles offer the largest free area possible with a completely sight-proof coredesign. They are widely used, not only in doors and partitions, but also in place of conventional exhaust andreturn grilles where it is important that the interior of the plenum or duct be concealed.
The inverted-vee louver cross section not only blocks vision, but also provides stiffness. Being mounted in thelower portion of a door, a door grille is by nature subjected to knocks and bumps. Here again, durability assuresgood looks after long service.
Attractive durable finishes are available in a variety of colors to harmonize with the door.
