Rk Improved risk sharing since no risk of claim JV: hard for the EP to control C manhours. C can play its own interest. Therefore Consortium becomes the norm.

Which scheme is better for COMPANY: 3 or 4? Why?

3b is better as risk is shared by 2 CTRs instead of one Also CPY has direct control over C resp. EP But more expensive as both partners include their risk
