200 grms de suelo + 15 grms de agua 3200lts, 3000 Lts Agua y 200 Lts de AGB

Removiendo el terreno para formar la base. El suelo natural contenía 80% de suelo limoso fino y 20% de arena fina, debido a la falta de

material granular en la zona sólo se pudo agregar 10% de piedra chancada al suelo, con lo que se

obtuvo un suelo con 73% de material limoso fino, 18% arena fina y 9% piedra chancada.

Removing the soil to level the base

The natural soil had 80% of fine lime soil and 20% fine sand, due to the lack of granular

material on the area, we could only add 10% of crushed stone, that left us with a soil composed of 73% of fine lime material, 18% of fine sand

and 9% of crushed stones

Colocando el suelo removido en la base compactada para mezclar

con AggreBind

Putting the removed soil on top of the compacted base to be mixed

with AggreBind

Esparciendo el AggreBind sobre el suelo, luego la motoniveladora

mezcló el AggreBind con el suelo. El cisterna de agua no tenía ningún

sistema de rociado por lo que se tuvo que hacer el proceso

manualmente.

Scattering the AggreBind on the ground, then the grader mix the

AggreBind with the soil. The water tank had no sprinkler

system so we had to do the process manually.

Se perfilo el terreno y se compactó

No se aplicó el sellado final debido a que el cliente

quería poner una capa de slurry encima de la pista de

AggreBind.

We did not apply the final seal because the client wanted to put an slurry carpet on top of

the AggreBind road.

Al día siguiente

Por decisión del cliente , el acabado tenia que ser

imprimado con slurry, que fue puesto manualmente.

By decision of the customer, the finish had to be primed with slurry, that was put in

manually.

Luego de la imprimación con slurry se le agregó arena fina en todo el camino trabajado. El cliente no tenía a la mano un rodillo neumático por lo que se utilizó un vehículo

convencional para adherir la arena al terreno

After priming with slurry fine sand was added in the road.

The client did not have at hand a pneumatic roller so a

conventional vehicle was used to adhere the sand to the soil

Luego de varias pasadas con el vehículo convencional, se procedió a barrer la pista

conventional vehicle, we proceed to sweep the road.

La pista se pintó para lograr una mejor apreciación del trabajo final.

The road was painted for better appreciation of the

final work.
