HAZID Resourcing Pty Ltd is an accredited Registered Training Organisation (RTO),meeting strict internationally recognised quality control standards for training andassessment. We specialise in workplace based training, management development andteam development for organisations. Program Assessment
This qualification is competency based and is gained by providing evidence ofcompetency. Participants must be assessed by a qualified assessor to gain thequalifications. Participants carry out assessment projects, which create real benefits forthe organisation. They work with a Mentor from their own organisation who guidesthem. HAZID provides the Assessment Guides. Assessments are either submitted inclass, or electronically by email.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) andRecognition of Current Competency (RCC)are processes where competency isrecognised, without the need for furthertraining or development. Participants in aprogram may be able to demonstratecompetency for one or more units. HAZIDhas specialised Recognition Processes andinstruments that help you easily presentevidence for assessment.

HAZID has a unique way of assessing competency that provides valuable developmentto both the participant and to the organisation. The assessment consists of two forms:
1. Competency Application Assessment Questions
2. Strategic Workplace Assessment Project
Competency Application AssessmentQuestions
These are related to individual competency units andrequire evidence of participant’s application ofcompetency in the workplace. Participants can completeassessments in the workshops and are signed off by theHAZID trainer. Alternatively participants may submitassessments up to two weeks later by email, and theymust be signed off by a mentor or line manager.Participants must complete the required sets ofcompetency application questions for this qualification.
Strategic Workplace AssessmentProject
One project is carried out for this qualification (can be simulated). Participants select anopportunity, issue or problem in their work that can be improved and relates to acompetency unit. Participants agree the project with their manager and Mentor.Participants then plan, implement and review the project liaising with their Mentor andManager who sign off on the project. HAZID provides a structured project assessmentguide to help participants and mentors carry out this process efficiently.
The Assessment Process
Participants either complete assessments in workshops or HAZID sends participantsAssessment Guides (Word documents in hard or electronic form) that participantscomplete and mail or email back to HAZID. The Assessment Guides contain allquestions to answer, instructions and the relevant competency unit details.
Please note: Participants must have a computer with email capability and be ableto use Word documents.
A HAZID assessor assesses participant assessment submissions and participants aresent an Assessment Report by email.

enrolment and booking
Step 1: Application
Participants are asked to complete the HAZID Application for Qualification form. Thisform lists a number of qualifications and different payment options.
When participants do choose to pre-pay for the whole qualification at this stage theygain a substantial saving as shown in the fee schedule. However, participants are notobliged to do this, and can pay in regular instalments or course by course if preferred.
Step 2: Enrolment
Participants simply fill in HAZID’s Management Qualification Enrolment Form and weprocess the enrolment.
Step 3: Booking
Participants or people making group bookings choose the appropriate selection of Faceto Face Courses or Recognition Processes from HAZID’s Calendar of Courses andHAZID’s Course Descriptions.
You can book any course in any order using the blend of delivery options that suits you.
You proceed at your own pace.
You are not obliged to complete the Qualification.
You can request Statements of Attainment to be issued for individual Units once youhave been satisfactorily assessed.
