If you agree to participate in the study, your case manager will walk you through the required steps.
This assessment is used to help identify your skill level.
To be considered for participation in the EPIC Pilot Program you will need to enroll in the study. Here’s how:

*If the information that has been filled in for you is incorrect please update your information.
If there is a suitable training provider available, you will be randomly assigned to the EPIC or SNAP E&T Services group.
After You Apply
ReviewYour application & assessments will be reviewed to determine if you suitability for EPIC services.
MeetBefore you leave today, schedule a follow up appointment with the DHS case worker.
AssignedWith your case worker, sign the consent form, and complete the registration for the EPIC study. This process may take up to 30 minutes.
