SUBJECT : Frozen water line

Symptom and Cause

- Intermittent knocking noise from inside of cabinet - Noise level is about 40~50dB

Cause- Dramatic temperature change between cooling and defrosting makes contraction and expansion. It may cause knocking noise

Repair tip- Attach SEAL EVAP-EPDM between liner and Evaporator It reduces the frequency of noise but it does not solve knocking noise 100% because it's natural under current cooling & defrosting system. - DA62-01426A SEAL EVAP-EPDM is generic part and so, recommended to cut the shape of EVAP PLATE

- For the models without EVAP PLATE, attach DA62-01426A SEAL EVAP-EPDM on the liner as Fig #1,2- For the models with EVAP PLATE, attach DA62-01426A SEAL EVAP-EPDM on EVAP PLATE as Fig #3
