Enke has been facing the challenges of the market since 1924.The high standards fixed by Enke guarantee for the users productsof the highest quality and safety for long-time assurance.
The industry is forced, without interruption, to remove and movegoods from one store to the next. That should be done, for safetyreasons, below a dense roof and on an intact floor.
It has been ensured by Enke for more than 75 years that roofs arewater-tight, that floors are sturdy and that metal roofing isstorm-resistant.
Enke products have become known for their high reliability, even under extreme conditions, beyond the borders of the FederalRepublic of Germany
It is not just by accident that international automobile manufacturersclean up and restore, for instance, their works halls oradministration buildings also outside of Germany for safetyreasons by means of Enke products – whether in Russia, China orin Switzerland. All users like to apply our high-quality productsbecause they do not pose any problems and can be processed ina time-saving manner.
The sum of the advantages, as a consequence, is the fact that theterm Enke has both with customers and processors - become asynonym for high-quality tin sheet bonding techniques as well asroof and floor redevelopment.
We notice this because we hardly have to recommend ourselves– we are being recommended!
We are especially proud of the loyalty of our major customerswho partly have, again and again, requested already for decadesonly the Enke products that have proven their worth under practicalconditions.
This is a nice achievement for a medium-sized specialized enterprise.
Enke is a product that can be recommended without reservations.

More Quality – More Se-curity!
You know the problem:Clipped-on eave gutters, fascia sheets, pipe bows or downcomers below bi-tuminous roof surfaces are damaged againand again by oxidation acid corrosion.
The reason:Bitumen acids are formed through UVradiation, moisture and oxygen at thesurface and are washed off by rain. These acids are responsible for the factthat metal components lose their protectivelayer or cannot form these protectivelayers in the first place, and they aregradually destroyed, as a consequence.
Enke Metal Protect is a completely novelone-component protective paint coat thatis distinguished by a highly permanentproperty and high covering power.
A special advantage is the fact that onlyold or already painted metal componentshave to be cleaned prior to application.New metal components do neither have tobe cleaned nor to be degreased! With onlyone single layer, it is possible to achieve areliable long-time protection effect againstoxidation acid corrosion.
The processing of Enke Metal Protect iseffected by means of brush, roller or fromthe spray can. A thin, highly tearing-resistantfabric can be located in the painting in theregion of the soldering seams in order toadditionally protect this sensitive area.

Roof ventilators
Would there be a roofer who has not yet facedthe problem to have to permanently seal light domes, venting shafts or chimneys?Or a balcony where the connecting height in the rangeof the door was measured much too small?Where the fixing of a cap flashing piece at penetrationsor supports could be achieved only by time-con-sumingactions?Not to mention the damage done to the plastic or woodprofiles which may be caused when usinga welding torch?
In these cases, the application of Enkopur®, Enkryl®
or Enkepren with Polyflex fleece inset is the most simple, most reliable and most secure solution. All three liquid plastic agents are one-componentagents, which means they can readily be processed.Cumbersome mixing processes can be dispensed with.An additional advantage is as follows:It is possible to apply our products Enkryl® + Enkeprenwithout reservation also in inside rooms – such as in akitchen or in the sanitary sector.

Enke Betoncoat® PUR Processing Instructions
Primer Coatingwith reaction resins
Components A + B arecompletely mixed andthoroughly mixed by meansof a suitable impeller toachieve a homoge-nous result.
Pour out the primer and applyuniformly by means of a roller, while the pores are denselysealed – avoid the formationof major puddles.
For an underground consisting of concrete, cement composition flooras well as other floors with mineral binding, Primer 2K will be used. Anunderground made of old PUR – or EP – reaction resin cover layersor metals require the application of Primer 2K Aqua (the undergroundmust, in this case, be absolutely free from grease). In this case it shouldbe examined, in any case, whether the old surface cover is still suit-able for the acceptance of an over-coating, that means whether it isconnected still firmly enough with the underground. For instructions forthe selection of the most suitable primer, please see the Primer Tableoverleaf. In general, the following should be taken into account:In case the underground to be coated consists of unknown materialsor of materials the properties of which cannot unequivocally bedetermined or if adhesion problems are to be expected, due toinsufficient self-strength of the underground, it will become necessaryto carry out adhesion tension tests, for instance by means of theHERION device. The average adhesion tension strength must amountto 1,5 N/mm2 in which connection the smallest individual value is notallowed to be smaller than 1,0 N/mm2 . The primer coating must alwaysbe applied with pores, if any, being densely sealed. The primer coatcan, if required, be slightly sandblasted.

Enke Betoncoat® PUR Processing Instructions
Application of PUR coatingor PUR asphalt coating
ENKE CONCRETE COAT – polyurethane coating (PUR coatingor PUR asphalt coating) is allowed to be applied only on thoseundergrounds that have properly been pre-treated accordingto our Application Guidelines. PUR coating is supplied withoutpigments and should, as a consequence, be always sealed bymeans of a colour component. The sealing not only will increasethe abrasion resistance but also ensures a satisfactory colourshade and yellowing stability. Coats without sanding can besupplied with Sealing 1K, skid-proof surfaces should be sealedafter sweeping off of the loose quartz sand with Sealing 2K incolours. See also, in this connection, the Processing Instructionsunder “Application of Sealing 2K Aqua”.
It should be taken into account that Sealing 1K is allowed to beapplied only on completely smooth undergrounds.See also, in this connection, the Processing Instructions under“Application of Sealing 1K”.
Initially, stir up Component A by meansof a compulsory mixer, then add Compo-nent B completely and mix both compo-nents very thoroughly until complete ho-mogeneity has been achieved. (We rec-ommend filling the mixed coating massinto a clean, dry neutral vessel and sub-sequently mixing it again thoroughly).
Pour out the coating mass and apply ituniformly by means of a teethed spatula. In the case of larger smooth surfaces, the coating mass can also be distributedby means of a doctor blade.
25
An underground surface where Sealing 2K Aqua is to be appliedis in most cases coated and equipped with sanding. The sandgrains that are not bound must be removed before the sealingprocess is started. Old coatings made of epoxy resins orpolyurethane types, which are still well preserved and firmlyconnected with the under-ground surface, can be newly processedwithout additional primer directly by means of Sealing 2K Aquain colours. Sealing 2K Aqua is solvent-free, low-odour andstable in colour-shade. The surface is permitted to be used onlyafter the sealing has completely become tack-free.
