EVO Design Ltd. was founded in 2006 when two furniture production companys

merged. EVO Design Ltd. is rapidly developing interior decoration company

specializing in high quality furniture production. Regardless of our relative youth this

company can boast decade of experience in manufacturing designed furniture of the

needs of different refurbishing projects. Today we employ more than 50 highly skilled

professionals. All employees have intensive experience in interior decoration

projects and production of furniture for hotels, cruise ships, casinos, restaurants and

living spaces in Europe and also in US.

EVO Design Ltd. has committed itself also to trans-Atlantic clients concentrating its

activities in USA, where we have full time representative. Our offices is located in

Coral Cables, FL, USA

In 2007 Evo Design acquired another sophisticated furniture production company

Kolle Interior. As a result it produced 2500 sq meters of production facility,

sophisticated machinery, diversified customer base and expanded product selection.

On the 28th of January 2008 the Certifying company Bureau Veritas Quality

International issued an ISO 9001 quality management Certificate and certified our

company to be in full compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system

requirements.

The FactoryThe purpose built factory facility was acquired in 2007 with total production space of

2500 square meters. Divided over two floors with state of the art digital dual DISA

ventilation system it holds more than 30 top of the line wood work and furniture

production machinery:

- 3 dimensional Biesse CNC Routing and Drilling Machine

- Fully automatic Edge line Akron Airtech

- Fully automatic Altendorf format saws

- Joos warm press

- Orma warm press

- Kuper joining machine

- Casatti 3100 veneer cutting line

The Factory

- Automatic 39 head drilling machine Polymac

- Various automatic GRASS drilling stations and etc

- Various solid wood process machines

Due to a very high demand for quality of our products we pay a lot of attention to our

finishing facility. Therefore we have made investments into sophisticated finishing

equipment like water-screen painting chamber and special polyester coating

equipments. Today we have two full size painting/lacquering chambers with dual dust

elimination system, two high pressure polyester pumps and two high and one low

pressure pumps for staining, painting and lacquering.
