Just a quick reminder on how to calculate where you are at for your enrollments and what you need to do to hit your goal.

End of Month Reality Math

Quick Reality Check for Goal Setters

Start by figuring out how many enrollments you have left to go to hit your goal.

Example:

Your Goal is 30 Enrollments

You Have Enrolled 22 So Far for the Month

You Have 8 More to Go!

That doesn't really help us though right? Let's break it down more.

What do I need to do to get those 8 last Enrollments by Month End?

Figure out your closing ratio:

Back track and find out how many people you had come in for intro lessons this month.

Divide what you have enrolled so far by that number, example:

If I did 27 intro's and signed up 22 of them for the month, then:

22 out of 27 = 81%

This is like a heat check for my team - how hot are we right now with enrollments...

At 81%, I know I need to complete 10 more intros

8 Enrollments / Closing ratio (81%) rounds up to 10.

I have 7 Working Days to have 10 more people either:

- Come in as new intros

OR- Come in as call-backs from a previous intro that didn't sign up.
