" Analysis approach was developed over time- PRHR Performance (APP-PXS-M3C-020) calculation already

existed- Time to Safe Shutdown (APP-SSAR-GSC-536) built off of existing

PRHR calc- When Condensate Return Issue surfaced, containment effects

(APP-PXS-M3C-071) and condensate losses (APP-PXS-M3C-072)were added at the front end of the process
