EMKA specializes in extruding rubber and plastic in a variety of pro-files. Our plants in the UK and Spain produce rubber gaskets in a wide range of types with both standard and custom solutions.We have the capability of producing meshed tape and metal-reinforced strips can be used as carrier sections and textile yarn can be worked into the materials. In addition, flock finishing is also possible.Further processing capabilities include cutting to fixed lengths, vulca-nized rings and frames can be made to size. At some EMKA branches, including in the US, there are installations for corner vulcanization. The application of adhesive tape or lubricant varnish completes our wide range of offerings.EMKA know-how guarantees top quality.
