Want to copy programs from TV and radio to use in class or keep in the library?

If you’re an Australian teacher – you can.

Who is licensed?

All universities, most schools and TAFEs, and many other educational institutions have a Screenrights licence to copy from TV and radio for teaching.

It’s simple to use.

You can copy…

any program any amount – all or a short excerpt,

one copy or 20, it’s up to you anywhere – make copies at home or

in your library from any channel – pay or free to air

You can copy…

podcasts and vodcasts – broadcast material made available online by the broadcaster

in any format – VHS, DVD,or stored on a hard drive

from old copies – put your VHS copies into digital format

You can also…

show copies in class keep them in your library store copies on a digital system such

as DVC Command Systems email them to staff and students
