Neuro-Link specialises in a people development technology
called brain-based learning and development. This unique field
grew from the need for mental literacy in the Millennium of the
Mind and the Century of the Brain. It applies relevant
information and research on how the brain functions in order to
develop people.

• It is an inclusive people development technology as a brain has
no colour, race, age, culture, language or gender and therefore
focuses on what people have in common with each other,
rather than their differences.

rather than their differences.
• It is the most comprehensive and accurate framework for
learning and development yet.
• Neuro-Link’s unique brain profiles deepen people’s under-
standing of themselves and others.
• It’s physiological based.
• It delivers practical results.
• It is based on neuroscience. It focuses around the brain’s
natural design for learning and how to develop people.
• It includes information and research from anatomy, bio-
chemistry, genetics, immunology, physiology, psychology,
education etc.
• It complements any technical and people development
science like Neurolinguistic Programming, Emotional
Intelligence, and integrates easily with other learning
technologies.
• Certain aspects of brain-based learning are prerequisites
for any other learning intervention as it :
- switches on the brain
- prepares the brain for learning
- accelerates learning
- enhances behaviour change
- ensures better learning results

PARTNERSHIPPARTNERSHIP
Neuro-Link is a development partner for schools with regards
to brain-based learning and development. Neuro-Link joins
forces with schools to develop and grow learners. We have
developed and implemented tools that will not only help to
achieve this goal for learners, but also for staff members.
Neuro-Link has a holistic approach and is inclusive of nature
regardless of race, language, culture and gender.
Below is an illustration of our holistic approach towards
rendering services to schools.

Learning Skills course that we offer to learners in order for
them to support the child at home with learning.
Teacher Development
Various brain-based learning and development programs
are offered to teachers, such as understanding the learning
implications of the brain, acquiring brain integration
techniques and activities to increase transfer of learning
and emotional intelligence.

WHO IS NEURO-LINKNeuro-Link compiles a learning readiness profile for children ages
6-9 to determine how ready they are for formal learning. After
compiling this profile (LRPLRPTMTM Toolkid) we teach them brain-
integration techniques and activities to increase their brain fitness.
Brain Profile – LRPTM Toolkid
This 12 page brain profile assesses the unique potential of children
and their readiness for formal learning. It is called the LRPLRPTMTM
ToolkidToolkid.. It is a brain-based assessment tool to determine the
neurological wiring of a child, discovering how uniquely they
process information, in which mode they prefer to learn, emotional
readiness for learning and it also indicates areas for further
development.

After compiling this profile (LRPTM Toolbox) we teach students
appropriate learning skills to increase their performance and ease
when learning.

how uniquely learners process information, how skilled they are at
learning, in which mode they prefer to learn and think, which

WHO IS NEURO-LINKParents are the primary source of education for their children. We
invite parents to attend the 2-day training program with their
children without any additional cost. This will enable parents to
assist children with homework and studying. We also arrange a
parents’ meeting during the evening at the school to explain the
child’s unique brain profile.
• Brain profile assessments can also be done for parents and
their families.
• Child Development seminars are also presented to parents to
help them understand their child better and to know what
development opportunities they should create for their children
to become more on-purpose. Parents are also trained in areas
such as emotional intelligence, brain friendly diets and keys to
develop their children.

4. PRACTITIONER TRAINING4. PRACTITIONER TRAINING
Neuro-Link licenses teachers, schools and tertiary institutions to
utilise some of our products and intellectual property to develop
their students and increase their performance and results.
If a school wants to expose hundreds of students to our brain
profiles and learning interventions, or wants to become accredited
as a brain-based learning and development school, it is financially
more viable for the school to train some teachers as Neuro-Link
champions and for the school to then render these services
themselves. Subsequently, we transfer Neuro-Link’s intellectual
property through our software products and programs which are
electronically installed on the school’s computers.
Licensed schools must ensure that they choose Neuro-Link
champions who are appropriately qualified and experienced in
education and other people-related sciences.
• Increased results and ease with learning
Benefits for your school:
“It is indeed a privilege
to have this fantastic
license in our school.
We know that each
person is a unique
individual and to be
able, with the aid of
Neuro-Link, to create

This greatly assists
the educators and
parents to develop
each child and enables
them to reach their full

ensuring that they
can take their rightful

It is a number of years now that we at Doxa Deo School andcollege make use of Neuro-Link for our grade fours and gradetens every year to put them through an assessment todetermine what their learning styles are.
What we learn from our students and what they learn fromthemselves and especially their parents is really just great, founding out how they learn, how their brains work and how toassist them in their learning process.
Not only is the profiling evaluation valuable, the time withtheir parents where we teach them how they can assist theirchildren and the teachers to know what to expect and howthey can get more out of their students really makes itworthwhile for us to spend the money to help our students inthat way.

“Hereby I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to you andyour staff for the way in which you influenced the learning and teaching culture at our school positively.
From the initial training of our teachers and that of our learners and their parents with regards to brain intergration and study preference, we have had tremendous positive respons from both teachers as well as parents.
As a matter of fact, this wave of positivity was so large that even themost sceptical of the parents that inicially did not enroll in the program, have now requested that their childrens profiles should be determine, as as well as receive the applicable training. Many of the parents have indicated that they would love to be exposed to more and personalised training.
The general feeling amongst teachers is that they would not want to continue teaching without the knowledge of every childs profile Information.
