Creativity is the process of having original ideas that have value !
But what is divergent
thinking?
• Its not a synonym.• Its an essential
capacity for creativity.• It’s the ability to see
lots of posible answers to a question.

Because of this, a lot of experts agree that
developing creativity should be as important in public schools as literacy!

If you learn how to be one
of these workers, if you pay
attention in school, follow
instructions, show up on time,
and try hard, we will take care

It's a pretty seductive bargain. We set up our schools
and our systems and our government to support the
bargain. But in the face of competition and
technology,
the bargain has fallen apart!
?What should we do then?
• Change the rules!• Learn to be creative! (yes, its
possible)
• Standardisation in education is wrong!• Work in small groups
whenever you can.• Work with different people,
learn from them…
Find the shortcuts
that others couldn't
find!
Try to solve a real problem!
make something work that wasn't working before
Make a personal connectionwith someone who was out
ofreach to everyone else!
Ever did that?
And YES, go to school!
Although degree is not a guaranty, it’s still necessary. (if you ever decide you want to have a job)
And you can learn some things that are not completely useless, right?
