Minimum nonfood expenditure is added to the amount disbursed which can purchase food required
for a minimum consumer spending and a poverty line, and only with consumption not more than this are the
poor.
It’s a poverty line about under 1dollar per day per person!

With the development of agricultural technology, it is believed that children can attend school regularly and dropout rate will reduce.
