How to invest?• You must first purchase our company’s
convertible preference shares (CPS) and become our shareholder.
• Every shareholder is entitled to only 1 account.
• A copy of your passport or identity card must be submitted within 60 days after account has been activated.
• The minimum purchase for CPS is 600 shares with the maximum capped at 250,200 shares.
• Every share is valued at USD 1.00.

A1 Shareholder dividend is paid out in Grams(g) of gold on a monthly basis.

A Shareholder Dividend

account on the 15th of every month.
A4 Shareholder Dividend will be paid out repeatedly on a fixed monthly basis
until company’s IPO.

If the price of gold drops to USD 50/g, you can choose not to sell, therefore, not incur any

get back your principal investment in full. You must not have any unsold paper gold in your Gold Trading Account.
If you choose to sell off the 20 g of paper gold you purchase at USD 60/g:
USD 50 x 20 = USD 1,000You will lose: USD 1,200 – USD 1,000 = USD 200
You will have to repay the USD 200 loss incurred in order to get back your initial CPS investment in full.

Global Auto Placement (GAP)1) Earn 3,000CPSP within a month from
GDB, or self purchase a one time investment of 30,000CPS. 2) Placement in GAP is done once criteria
is met. Placement is done on a first come first served basis.
3) 2% of the income from 15 generation below will be given as GAP Bonus.
4) The company will be giving out an extra
3% - 5% from the daily sales turnover to eligible GAP shareholders.5) The maximum cap for GAP is 100% of
your share subscription value.
6 ) You can continue to receive GAP bonus if you top up a minimum of 3,000 CPS within 21 days after hitting the maximum cap in GAP.7 ) Every consecutive top up after reaching the first maximum cap entitles you to a new maximum cap of 200% your top up value.8 ) If you choose to top up 10,000 CPS and
above, your maximum cap will be further increased to 400%. At the same time you will receive 1 additional account being placed in GAP. Allowing you to have 2 channels of income in GAP, thus reaching the maximum cap at an accelerated rate.
9 ) Shareholder may choose to continue receiving GAP bonus by
constantly topping up once their account reach maximum cap in GAP.10 ) CPSP will be credited for the bonus in
GAP. Shareholder can freely convert CPSP into e-cash according to our
company CPS price as and when they please.11 ) CPS will be given for additional top up
in GAP. But this CPS will not receive monthly dividend nor 2 times paper gold trading margin. Upline will still receive PV for GDB.
12) Placement in GAP will be randomly rearranged on the last day of every month.
