healthier behaviours

Ideas and resources for healthy lifestyle education in early years settings.

Two hour free training course plus Busy Feet toolkit per setting.

Tailored Health Coach Support

Tier 1 - Busy Feet Explorers

Promotion/partnership working for brief interventions.

Key focus on physical activity, active play and healthy eating.

Prevention and early intervention.

Tier 1 - Busy Feet Explorers

Busy Feet Training

2 hour training session

Short introductory presentation, interactive demonstration, exploring the toolkit.

Implement Busy Feet

Busy Feet Evaluation

Healthy lifestyle questionnaire to be completed by parents/careers at week 0 and 12

Evaluation form to be completed by practitioners at 6 and 12 months post training

Tier 1- Workplace Health

Countywide workplace health scheme funded by Nottinghamshire

County Council

Substantial evidence suggests a happy and healthy workforce is a

productive one

Benefits include: corporate leisure centre membership, free health

resources and support, free training (RSPH, BI and MI)
