A. The first section of 0.J.T. which the candidate spends on shif t with the Shift Supervisor shculd t.e r.oved to the end of t.M ;-
progran uith the last 2 weeks of 0.J.T. l'C. The training that is to be taken in the class roon'for tem weeks
is a r nt progran. This should be set up so as to have 4 timurs -
class room training and 4 hours "In-Tha-Plant" training. J:: L

check sheet also. Standard Tech S:ecs should be covered t.t. detail *
as each systen is ccvered so as to te able to apply the Sce: to k' the systen. This will erable the candidate to better unda-stand y
