Drivve | Image can be used with all types scanning devices. Hot-folder provides full support for image processing, Barcode extraction and recognition, OCR, Zonal-OCR, PDF-OCR and text extraction of searchable PDF files and much more.

Hot-folder license: each license supports up to 5 configured hot-folders with a maximum throughput of 100,000 pages per month per scanner.

Digital Rights Management

• Ensure only people with the appropriate permission can access your documents to prevent unauthorized use

• Select the recipients of your documents and define their document permissions for viewing, editing, printing and forwarding a document, including offline access and time window

• Send the encrypted document via email or save your scanned documents after encryption in a folder, on an ftp server, in SharePoint etc.

• User can only access a protected document after successful email authentication
