Drill-and-Practice

In drill-and-practice, the students repeatedly practice a skill or perform a procedure.

The teacher has already delivered a lesson on the skill.

Now, the student completes a drill to help her obtain mastery.

Drill-and-practice materials should be simple enough for students to use independently.

Always provide feedback.

• Students receive feedback

Limitations of Drill-and-practice
