Vision- A Lincoln Elementary graduate will be a resilient individual, prepared academically, socially, and emotionally to thrive in middle school, high school, college, community and career.

OUR DATA AND GOALS

Attendance Goal: Reduce chronic absences by 5% through weekly data monitoring parent communication, parent education, parent meetings, SSTs, SART and SARB process.

SENSE OF BELONGING GOALS: →Throughout the year students will be able to express CARE values and how they align with academic expectations. →Students will experience an increase by 10pp in lessons and activities that recognize and celebrate their diverse cultural backgrounds. →By April 2020 students, parents and staff will report that they feel appreciated and respected through increased staff, parent and student engagement and appreciation activities- announcements, awards, appreciations and assemblies.

Discipline Goal: Reduce URFs by 3 and out of school suspensions by 2 by clarifying discipline policy and protocol, educating students and parents about behavior matrix and consequences and increasing pre referral interventions and inclusive culture and climate work in classrooms.

ELA GOAL: We will grow in ELA by 15 pp with a focus on Complex Text -narrative writing, poetry and exploring reasoning and Complex Tasks with Depth of Knowledge, exploring reasoning in writing with evidence and in STEM.

ELL GOAL: By April 30th, 2020 20% of Lincoln's English Language Learners will grow 1.5 grade levels on SRI and F&P and our redesignation data will maintain at 20% or more through focal student work in PLC’s to diagnose and meet literacy needs of our ELLs through differentiation, integrated and designated ELD, parent and student education about data and data monitoring.

MATH GOAL: We will grow in math by 5 pp with a math leader to support professional development, consistent coaching support for math instruction and ST Math resources incorporated into math instruction. Additionally we will focus attention on Complex Tasks with Depth of Knowledge, exploring reasoning in writing with evidence and in STEM.
