1. Adopt a new thinking that supports the transformation of the

agriculture sector towards the new development paradigm of

agriculture revolution;

2. Build the capacities of agriculture professionals through

continuing professional development interventions and

certification trainings that aim to enhance knowledge, skills and

attitudes that are fit for the needed transformation;

3. Initiate review of agriculture curricula at all levels so as to scale

up agriculture courses that suit the demands of Agriculture 4.0;

4. Leverage on technological advancements of artificial

intelligence, blockchain, drones and the Internet of Things in

the practice of agriculture and its specific fields of

specialization to increase productivity and efficiency while

reducing agriculture's impact on the environment;
