The donor lymphocytes will be collected before G-CSF mobilization or marrow harvesting to

avoid alterations in the immune repertoire, functionality, phenotype and cytokine production.

The collection will be via lymphocytoaphaeresis (at least 10-13x109 total WBC 13-15 L

leukapheresis)

Infusion of suicide-gene-engineered donor lymphocytes after family haploidentical haemopoietic stem-cell transplantation for leukaemia (the TK007 trial): a non-randomised phase I–II study. Fabio Ciceri Lancet Oncol 2009; 10: 489–500

Peripheral-blood haemopoietic stem cells were mobilised with granulocyte colony stimulating factor 12–15 μg/kg per day from 3 days before infusion and collected for a median of 3 days (range 2–4).
