Our building is very old and is sometimes difficult to keep warm Please feel free to adjust the temperature within reason in a room while you are using it as long as everyone in the room is okay with the adjustment However please return the temperature to a normal 68-70 degree setting when you leave Do not turn the units off or leave them with the AC on as it will take too long to warm the room back up for the next group If you need help please ask a staff member Thanks for your help
As always thanks to our volunteers and staff Please let me know if you have any ideas to improve our center Happy New Year

Program Director Noteshellip Hi Gang
Happy New Year We finished 2018 off with more than 1000 members Thatrsquos incredible and a testimony to all the great programs we have to offer and all the wonderful things our members share with others We are always open to hear new ideas from our members about new programs so make sure to share those ideas with me There is a suggestion box outside my office door
I am searching for a nutritionist that could come in once a month to meet with those who want to start healthier eating habits and educate our members about nutrition and aging If you know of someone please let me know I will keep you posted Many blessings to you all
Lisa Maddox Program Director
Center Director Noteshellip
Dear Friends
I hope your holidays were wonderful and that you are ready to make 2019 a fantastic year Thank you for all your support of FiftyForward Donelson Station this past year You are the reason our center is so amazing
The new year is always a great time to try something new We call those new experiences ldquoFiftyForward Firstsrdquo I hope you will see something in this monthrsquos selection of programs and classes to try out Remember if you sign up for something you are making a commitment to attend the classprogram Please let us know 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel

As always thanks to our volunteers and staff Please let me know if you have any ideas to improve our center Happy New Year
Sincerely
