A man born during the Second World War is brought up to keep their problems and secrets to themselves. No matter how big or small. He will tell you everything is fine when really it is starting to fall apart. He will tell you to keep everything that is said in the family, no one needs to know, he will say. A man born during the Second World War is a man’s man.

8.30am - Janet & Mervin wake up

8.45am- Mervin makes tea for them both

9.10 am - They’ve eaten their breakfast.

9.20 am - Janet will clean her teeth.

10am- Their programme is on. 10.30am- Their next favourite programme is on.

11am- Mervin takes a walk with his granddaughter

11.15am- Janet has a chat with her daughter

12.05pm- Janet sorts through the keys

1pm- The telly is on again

1.45pm- Mervin makes tea in the pot 1.55pm- Janet waits for her lunch.

2.20pm- Mervin cleans up after their lunch.

2.50pm- Both Janet & Mervin falls asleep in their chairs

4.30pm- They both awake from their naps.

5pm- Janet helps in making dinner
