Exit Sign with Battery Backup

DLS62 series is ideal for applications requiring a decorative edge-lit sign. Suitable for commercial and institutional facilitieswhere energy saving operation and long service life is required.

FEATURES- Injection molded, acrylic clear panels, ultrasonically welded to eliminate visible hardware- Brushed aluminum housing available - High grade slim injection molded, V-O �ame resistant, high-impact thermo-plastic housing - Removable silk screen chevron design meets all local and state codes- Single or Double face- Letters (Green or Red) measure 6” high- Automatic solid state charger and automatic reset- Solid state short circuit and overload protection- Universal mounting - top/side/wall- One year full warranty

OPERATION

The exit sign is continuously illuminated by normal AC power. Whenever normal AC power fails, the internal solid state

transfer switch automatically connects internal battery to the LED lamps inside the exit sign to keep it continuously lit for 90

minutes. When AC power is restored, the battery is recharged by the onboard solid state recharger and is accomplished within

12 hours.

input modes. Energy consumption is 5 watts.

ELECTRONICS

Dual voltage input 120V or 277V. Exit unit is provided with test switch and charge rate indicator for automatic reset.

BATTERY

Sealed, maintenance free nickel cadmium battery that provides 90 minutes capacity to the lamp, 24 hour recharge after

90 minutes discharge.
