Select “2008-2009 Special Education – Residential Grant Application.”

Click “Initiate.”

Must first complete the GS2100.Click “GS2100 – Applicant Info.”

Complete information for Primary Contact and Secondary Contact.Then click “SAVE.”

Click “Table of Contents” to return to the previous screen (Table of Contents screen).

Click “OK.”

Click “PS3400 – Equitable Access.”

Complete the form.Then click “SAVE.”

Complete this form

Click “Table of Contents” to return.

Click “OK.”

Click “BS6007 – Program Budget Summary and Support.”

The amount for available funding will pre-populate.

Scroll down to “Part 4” (6200).

Enter the dollar amount in the “Remaining 6200…That Do Not Require Specific Approval” section.

Click “SAVE.”

The dollar amount will auto-populate in the “Part 1 – Budgeted Costs” section.

Click “Table of Contents” to return.

Click “OK”.

Click “CS7000.”

Read all the assurances and click the boxes associated with each topic.

Click “SAVE.”

Click “Table of Contents” to return.

Click “OK.”

Click “Certify and Submit.”
