1. Whereas you were transferred from the officeof the Drilling Engineer (DDO-I) Geology andMining Department , Jammu and posted in theoffice of the Superintending Engineer PurchaseCircle Gandhi Nagar, Jammu vide this officeOrder No. 265 of 2012 dated 19.10.2012.

2. Whereas you proceeded on maternity leavefrom the notice of the Drilling Engineer (DDO--I)Geology and Mining Department, Jammu on26.11.2012 and remain on leave upto21.01.2014 and again left the office after submit-ting your departure report on 10.03.2014. TheDrilling Engineer (DDO-I)Geology and MiningDepartment, Jammu vide his office letter No.DE/DDO-I/Actt/14-15/EL/09-10 dated05.04.2014 addressed to your residentialaddress asked you to join your duties.

3. Whereas Drilling Engineer (DDO-I) Geologyand Mining Department, Jammu vide his letterNo. DE/DDO-I/Acctt/14-15/EL/43-44 dated22.5.2014 addressed to you on your residentialaddress again asked you to resume his dutiesfollowed by subsequent correspondence bear-ing No. DE/DDO-I/Actt /14-15/EL/102-104 dated09.07.2014 and no. DE/DDO-I/Acctt/14-15/EL/175-177 dated 26.09.2014.

4. Whereas vide this office lettersNo.DATJ/Adm/2014-15/7528-29 dated30.10.2014 followed by subsequent correspon-dence bearing No. DATJ/Adm/2014-15/7864-65dated 17.11.2014, No. DATJ/Adm/2014-15/8541-42 dated 10-12-2014 No.DATJ/Adm/2014-15/10169-72 dateed 27-01-2015 (Final Notice) you were time and againdirected to resume your duties. But you havefailed to resume your duties till date.

5. Whereas despite repeated directions throughspeed post and print media, you have notresumed your duties till date which clearly indi-cates that you are not interested to serve theGovernment Department any more.Keeping in view the above facts of the case youare, once again, directed through the medium ofthis last final notice to join Govt. duties at oncein the office of the Drilling Engineer (DDO-I)Geology and Mining Department, Jammu by orbefore 30th-of May' 2015 under an intimation tothis office failing which it shall be presumed thatyou are not interested in performing the Govt.job and your case for termination from serviceunder the provision of Article 128 of J&K CSRVol-I will be taken accordingly with the HigherAuthorities without issuing any further notice.DIP/J-1786 Sd/-Dt. 28-5-15 Director
