Is Xoxoday GDPR compliant ? Yes

How does Xoxoday handle employees who leave the company?

Currently there is no automated deactivation of employee as part of the SF - XOXO integration. However, we have a manual process to deactivate employees and the same will be supported by our customer support team. Since the employee login is completely controlled by SF, the moment employee is deactivated from SF, they will no longer have any access to the Xoxoday platform for redemption.

How are non-connected employees (blue collars) needs covered?

Xoxoday is a completely digital platform. Any user who wants to connect has to connect either via their desktop or smartphone. Email id is mandatory for Xoxoday, but for a non connected user, SF may decide to send their unique employee id appended with the domain (@client.com) instead of the actual one. If such a non existent email is sent to Xoxoday, the order can still be processed, but the employee would not be able to receive any email communications. Having said that such employees can still enter their mobile number at the time of checkout to receive the SMS notifications.

Are the features accessible through mobile? Responsiveness?
