The state of New Hampshire requires K-12 students demonstrate technology proficiencies throughout curriculum areas in a digital portfolio. After a successful pilot using SAKAI, we have begun the process of creating a state wide SAKAI collaborative. This presentation will summarize and discuss our progress with the audience.

Sakai Is Robust, Scalable, Community Supported

• After attending portfolio training hosted by Rutgers, provided by Janis Smith and Sean Kessler we understood the basics of portfolio development.

• Within eight months, with the help of Serensoft, were able to develop our matrix and showcase portfolio.

•We also received valuable support from V-Tech Teaching and Learning Conference participants and RiNet
