Mentorship Explained
Mentorship is a relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person.
The mentor may be older or younger than the person being mentored, but he must have a certain area of expertise. It is a learning and development partnership between someone with vast experience and someone who wants to learn. Mentorship experience and relationship structure affect the "amount of psycho-social support, career guidance, role modeling, and communication that occurs in the mentoring relationships in which the mentee and mentors engaged.

What is Digital Mentorship - DigitalMentor.pk
1. Digital Mentorship is not a traditional one time training program.2. Main objective of starting digital mentorship is to educate people who
want to learn digital skills from industry experts.3. We would have a facebook & whatsapp group for ongoing discussion. 4. It will be an ongoing procedure and we will have ongoing support for all
mentees.5. we will be doing monthly Question and Answer webinars with industry
experts – all mentees are welcome to ask their questions and learn from experts.
6. On website we would have a recorded training section for each digital skill for those who want to learn from scratch.
7. Initially we would start with Digital Marketing . And later on we would add Graphics designing, video editing, web development and more skills .
