DESIGNING AN EFFECTIVE WORKPLACE SAFETY

STRATEGY

CDTA has six sites: 3 bus garages, 2

train stations and a training and

communications center

CDTA has 650 employees – about 360

are bus operators and about 120 are

maintenance employees – we have

a fleet of 300 busses

CDTA CONTINUEDCDTA operates fixed route and paratransit service trips within a 4 county area: Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga and Rensselaer

CDTA ridership is currently about 16 million a year

AMTRAK is our major tenant at our train stations in Rensselaer and Saratoga Springs
