● HCD is a methodology and process, which focuses on how to formulate the right problem to solve through series of activities. A prototype is built to learn deeper about the problem. Applicable to many fields

● UX/Design Research encompasses a variety of investigative methods used to add context and insight to the design process, the main goal of design research is to inform the design process from the perspective of the end user.
