DAY 1 - DEPARTING FLIGHT INFORMATION➤ Flight 1 - UNITED 738

➤ 5:40 PM (arrive in Orlando at 11:08)

➤ 22 People ➤ Students on this flight should give their checked luggage to one of the southwest flight folks - or pay

the checked baggage fee

➤ Flight 2 - SOUTHWEST 824

➤ 6:15 PM (arrive in Orlando at 11:40)

➤ 90 People ➤ All checked luggage and instruments should go on this flight.

DAY 1 - DEPARTURE ITINIERARY - 3/21➤ Students should bring all of their luggage to the band room in the

morning

➤ We will depart LHS by bus at 2:30 PM (Students excused from 8th block)

➤ Chaperones/Followers should meet us at the airport at 3:30 PM

➤ Students will be able to eat at the restaurants in the airport. BRING DINNER MONEY

➤ After we have landed in Orlando, students will collect their luggage, load the Coaches and ride to the hotel

➤ We will get out room keys and kids should go to their rooms - it will be after midnight FL time - be courteous to the other hotel guests and be quiet!

DAY 2 - 3/22 - HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS➤ 9:30 AM - Breakfast Buffet at the

Hotel

➤ 10:30 AM - transfer to Hollywood Studios

➤ Lunch and dinner at the parks (at own expense)

➤ 9:00 PM Return to the Hotel

DAY 3 - 3/23 - MAGIC KINGDOM

➤ 7:30 AM - Breakfast Buffet at the Hotel

➤ 8:30 AM - Transfer to the Magic Kingdom

➤ Lunch and Dinner at Own expense

➤ 10:00 PM - Return to Hotel

DAY 4 - 3/24 (SATURDAY) - ANIMAL KINGDOM➤ 7:30 AM - Breakfast Buffet at the Hotel

➤ 9:00 AM - Transfer to the Animal Kingdom

➤ Lunch and Dinner at own expense

➤ 9:00 PM - Return back to the Hotel

DAY 5 - 3/25 (SUNDAY) - EPCOT/WORKSHOP DAY➤ 7:30 AM - Breakfast Buffet at the Hotel

➤ 9:00 AM - Transfer to Epcot

1:00 PM - Load Buses

2:00 PM - You’re Instrumental Workshop at the Contemporary Resort

4:30 - Return to Epcot

9:00 - Fireworks and

Return back to Hotel

8:30 PM - Load Buses

8:45 PM - You’re Instrumental Workshop

11:45 - Return back to Hotel

DAY 6 - 3/26 (MONDAY) - UNIVERSAL STUDIOS➤ 7:00 AM - Breakfast Buffet at the

hotel

➤ 8:15 AM - Transfer to Universal Studios

➤ Lunch and Dinner at own expense

➤ 9:00 PM Return Back to Hotel

➤ You have a park hopper pass for this day to ride the train between Harry Potter Worlds!!

➤ Buy all the wands! :-)

DAY 7 - 3/27 - DEPARTING ORLANDO DAY➤ Three Flight Groups

➤ Group 1 - Southwest Flight 2903 ➤ Departs at 9:35 AM

➤ Arrives in Denver 11:40 AM ➤ Parents pickup kids at DIA Baggage Claim - make sure to

check in with your chaperones! ➤ 6:30 AM Transfer to the Airport

➤ $10 meal allowance for breakfast at the airport - Your chaperones will have this for you

DAY 7 - 3/27 - DEPARTING ORLANDO DAY

Groups 2 and 3

➤ 8:30 AM - Breakfast at the Hotel

➤ Group 2

➤ 9:15 AM check out and depart for the airport

➤ 12:20 PM - Depart Orlando Southwest Flight 815

➤ 2:25 - Arrive Back in Denver

➤ Parents meet students at baggage claim and pick them up. Make sure to check in with their chaperone!

DAY 7 - 3/27 - DEPARTING ORLANDO DAY

➤ Group 3

➤ 10:00 AM - Check out of Hotel and depart for Disney Springs

➤ Lunch at Own Expense

➤ 4:10 - Depart Orlando Southwest Flight 1832

➤ 6:20 Arrive at DIA

➤ Parents please meet your student at baggage claim and check in with your chaperone before leaving the airport.

home at their parent’s expense!

➤ Once Advantedge receives the tickets they will give me your ticket number and you can add your fast passes to the app.

SPENDING MONEY➤ Food - on the cheap side

➤ $30/day if your students do not do the extravagant restaurants - should cover lunch and dinner.

➤ Breakfast Buffet is provided at the hotel each morning - fill up!!!

➤ More if your students wants to eat fancier or more times.

➤ How much for souvenirs? Depends on your student
