Thesis

In general, people spend too much time worrying about the future, the way they are perceived, and the fear of failing. All of these worries and fears prevent success and inevitably lead to stress, unhappiness, and failure of reaching one’s full potential. By stepping out of a comfort zone, those worries are erased while one experiences change, excitement, and breakthroughs.
