� Pass 3.0 credits the prior semester

� Enrolled in 6 classes – consult with your counselor before dropping a class

� Freshman academically eligible first semester

� 1 Summer Course can be used for eligibility

� Must be present the day of the game/practice

� Weekend games/tournaments- Must be present on the last school day before the weekend.

� Any absences MUST be approved by a principal/Athletic Director beforehand in order to be eligible (i.e. Funerals, Doctor’s appointments, etc.)

� Students must sign the Athletic/Activities Code of Conduct Handbook

� ISS/OSS not eligible to participate in practices or games.

� Law Enforcement- Student commits an act where charges may be or have been filed by law enforcement under any municipal ordinance, misdemeanor or felong statute shall not be eligible until all proceedings with the legal system have been concluded (including special probation). Student is responsible to notify the school of any situations.

� Moving traffic offenses shall not affect eligbility

� Physical form- valid (after February 1st) on file in the Athletic Office. May Physical Night at Seckman (website for date)

� Emergency Information Sheet

� Code of Conduct

� Dead Week- July 23 – 31 No Practices

� Fall Sports- Aug 1st- Football, Softball, Girls Volleyball, Cross Country, Girls Golf, Boys Soccer, Cheer

� Fall Parent Meeting- Aug 9th 6:00

� Winter Sports- Oct 31 – Boys/Girls Basketball, Wrestling, Cheer

� Spring Sports- Feb 27th – Girls Soccer, Baseball, Boys Volleyball, Boys/Girls Track, Boys Golf

� Grades/ACT- That is why you are here!

� Player Profile- record everything

� Identify 5 schools- fill out questionnaires
