E-Glass Needled Mat (600 Deg C)High Silica Needled Mat (980 Deg C)

Hi-Therm Needled Mat is made from 100% “E” glassmechanically needled mat with 6 or 9 micron fine filament yarnor texturized and twisted yarns without organic binders.

Hi-Therm Needled Mat is lightweight with flexibility easy tocut to made insulation covers and removable blankets.

Hi-Therm Needled Mat is low cost replacement of asbestoscloth or ceramic fibre blanket will not compact or shake downin application where vibration may be encountered.

Hi-Therm Needled Mat has excellent thermal efficiency.Low chloride content will not initiate stress corrosion. Glassfibre does not absorb water and incombustible material.

Hi-Therm Needled Mat applications: insulation pads, cov-ers, removable blankets, turbines, flanges, ship building, aero-space insulation lining and nuclear insulation applications.

We can also provide High Silica Needled Mat with Max. serv-ice Temp. up to 1000 Deg CHi-Therm High Silica Needles Mat made from silica fibre-glass chopped strand through carding and needling process.Fibreglass randomly distributed in 3-D structure. It has prop-erties of small needling hole and high porosity. It widely usedas filtration and high temperature insulation material in coom, steel, nonferrous metal and chemical industry. It also used asacoustic, insulation, damping and fire resistant material inmotorcycle and automobile industry.
