About Dash Dash Dash

Playwright David Gale, erstwhile writer for Lumiere & Son, after some decades in the scripting

saddle, turns to a new performance challenge.

Having toyed with the short form in his must-have text and image entertainment David Gale's

Peachy Coochy Nites, he will now test the possibilities of brevity to the limit.

Dash Dash Dash is a grand theatrical experiment whose components are only twenty-five

minutes long, yet whose impact will be feature length.

David Gale, working with a team of hot young theatre designers from Wimbledon College of Art,

will write and direct a play a month for six months then combine the units into one final

omnibus edition.

The fractured, hilarious and melancholy works will stand alone nicely and combine with

unanticipated precision.

'It is a rare pleasure to find a performance that is both technically superb and has the audience

crying with laughter... The actors produce one of the finest displays of ensemble acting I have

ever seen.' Total Theatre

Produced in association with Wimbledon College of Art and commissioned by BAC. An Arts

Council Lottery funded project.
