WHAT ARE DISASTERS?

Disasters are natural or man-made sudden

accident that causes great damage to a place or loss

of lifes.Examples or disasters include:

Earthquakes

Tsunami

Etc.

HOW THE 2004 INDIAN OCEAN TSUNAMI AFFECTED TOURISM.

The Indian ocean affected tourism hugely as

tourists now are scared to go near the Indian Ocean

as they are afraid they will lose their lives when they

go there.

It also affected tourism largely as many buildings

such as casinos were destroyed. This way, people

would be spending their money for no enjoyment as

the country is in a disaster.

FEEDBACK

Could have elaborated more about each disaster

that was mentioned eg. Earthquakes and Tsunami.

Just write a one liner to explanin what are EQ and TS.

Could have used stronger points to highlight why

Tourists are afraid to visit the Indian Ocean. There

would be many examples online about the tourism

impacts, can use data such as statistics, tourism

numbers or tourism expenditures to show how the

disaster affected tourism.
