As a Consulting Project Management Specialist, Daniela provides services in contract and budget management,
document control, quality control and project administration. She is also responsible for the management and
enforcement of the MCI-NIIC project contract and, more specifically, monitors individual task manager budgets, task
progress and ensures the timely submittal of project deliverables. Daniela also creates and maintains all project pivot
tables and presentations with regards to project spending, as requested by the Director or Client.
Daniela is responsible for the development of the team SharePoint website, including the management of documents
